Musicians survival guide Photoshop, XSI, ZBrush June 2008
Character created for a 'musicians survival guide'. Spent about 40 hours in total, the majority of the detail of the model created in XSI, then brought into Z-Brush for fine detailing. Photoshop used to up the contrast and saturation. Would have liked another day on this as towards the end with the deadline looming i was rendering almost blind as my computer is a bit old and crunchy! This meant it couldnt cope with render regions and was taking its sweet time (or crashing) when set off to render so i didnt get to fine tune the SSS of the tail as much as id have liked, and also looking at it now could have tweaked the pose a little better.
